5 Minute Prison Workout

Due to the increase in obesity, exercise is key; but not everyday you can go for 30 minute run. This quick workout is unbelievably helpful and effective in small, enclosed areas. I like to try them, but I’m not really good. They look easy but you’d be surprised. Try 10 now; see if YOU can handle it… trust me you’ll feel the BURN!!!
