Yea, I know that joke was corny, but that is exactly was a scanned sandwich is called according to www.scanwiches.com!! You have to check this out! They scan a sandwich and post it everyday! Its pretty weird but some of the sandwiches look pretty good and great to try. The website tells you where they bought it and what’s in it, so you can try something new!

Due to the increase in obesity, exercise is key; but not everyday you can go for 30 minute run. This quick workout is unbelievably helpful and effective in small, enclosed areas. I like to try them, but I’m not really good. They look easy but you’d be surprised. Try 10 now; see if YOU can handle it… trust me you’ll feel the BURN!!!
